We would like to offer you a one time special on our Precision Tune-Up for your homes furnace.
Here's what we will do:
Gas Furnace
1. Clean burners
2. Check heat exchanger/Burn chambers
3. Inspect Heat Exchanger for cracks with an inspetion camera
4. Test for proper venting
5. Measure amps draw
6. Check blower wheel for cleanliness
7. Check all electrical connections
8. Test all safety controls
9. Check thermostat
10. Check air flow
11. Test static pressure to insure system is working properly
Heat Pump
1. Test defrost control
2. Test reversing valve
3. Test refrigerant levels
4.
Test condenser fan motor and blower motor
5. Test all safety controls
6. Check air flow for right amounts of air
7. Test static pressure to insure system is working properly
8. Test heat strips on Air Handler along with the control that makes it operate properly.
